Initiation Fee: A one time initiation fee is assessed each new member to help defray the costs of
registration materials, Chapter patch, nametag, and membership card. Only one patch and membership
card will be issued per application. Family applications includes patch and nametag for applicant
member & spouse only. Patch and nametag is available for each dependent child for $5 each if
ordered at time of application.

Membership Categories
- Regular Membership (18 & over): Entitled to attend all chapter functions with a guest, priority
and discounts for special activities and club merchandise, voting privileges, hold elected office, access
to library and reference materials, receive chapter newsletter, patch, nametag, and membership card.
- Family Membership: Same benefits as a regular membership for member, member's spouse, and dependent children under 14
living at home, including full voting privileges for member's spouse. Dependent children not entitled to
voting privileges or eligible to hold office.
- Senior Membership (65 & over): Same benefits as a regular membership.
- Life Membership (18 & over): Same benefits as a regular membership plus special life membership
recognition.
- Youth Membership (14 - 17): Same benefits as a regular membership except: no voting privileges and can not
hold elected office nor leadership position.
- Associate Membership (18 & over): Same benefits as a youth membership except: limited to one year
and not renewable.
